Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy for The Zoki

1. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective products. Items must be reported as defective within 3 days of delivery and must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resell able condition.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team at  zoki.brand2023@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the defect.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

Custom-made products or clearance items are not eligible for exchange.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery for an exchange. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for defective items. If the item is confirmed as defective or if there was an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
