Shipping Policy for The Zoki

1. Order Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

    • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

    • Standard Shipping: Free for orders above set amount. For orders below this threshold, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

    • Domestic Orders: Standard shipping takes approximately 5-10 business days.

    • International Orders: Delivery times vary between 10-20 business days, depending on customs processing in the destination country.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    • For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Unfortunately, The Zoki cannot predict these fees.

    • Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

5. Shipping Address Modifications

    • We can only accommodate address changes within 24 hours of order placement. Please contact our customer service team at zoki.brand@gmail.com for assistance.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

    • While we strive to ensure all orders arrive promptly, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

    • We recommend waiting at least 5 business days after the estimated delivery date before reporting a package as lost.

7. Return to Sender

    • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal by the recipient, a re-shipping fee may apply.
