Return & Exchange Policy

For purchases from The Zoki

1. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective products. To qualify:

  • Report the defect within 3 days of delivery.
  • Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

Custom-made products and clearance items are not eligible for exchange.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange. We will replace the item at no additional cost once the defect is confirmed.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are initially responsible for return shipping costs for items suspected to be defective. If the item is confirmed defective or there was an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
