Shipping Policy

For purchases from The Zoki

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Standard Shipping is free for orders above the specified minimum amount. For orders below this threshold, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders: Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary between 10–20 business days, depending on customs processing in the destination country.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. The Zoki cannot predict or control these charges.

Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery times.

5. Shipping Address Modifications

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, unforeseen delays may occur. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact our support team.

We recommend waiting at least 5 business days after the estimated delivery date before reporting a package as lost.

7. Return to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal by the recipient, a re-shipping fee may apply.
